   All job, profile, shop, and equipment listings are subject to admin approval before publishing. Inappropriate or fake posts will be rejected.

3. Subscription Plans
   All plans are non-refundable once approved and activated. Plan durations are clearly mentioned (7, 15, or 30 days).

4. No Risk Guarantee
   Shramik Point only acts as a connecting platform. We are not responsible for payment disputes, personal damages, or any conflicts between users.

5. Privacy
   Your information is stored securely and is never sold or shared without consent.

6. Platform Usage
   Misuse, harassment, or fraud may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

7. Modifications
   Shramik Point reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
